Happy Monday!  After a wonderful weekend in Maine I am back in New York for another work week. I can’t believe that it is already the 22nd of August, where did the summer go? 

This week on Simply Found I have been drawn to basic clothing for the upcoming Autumn season as well as items for my new apartment. The new collection from A.L.C. is full of beautiful pieces, I love the simple and muted floral pattern of this dress but I am wondering if this basic black dress is maybe more practical.  

My shopping wish-list is never ending, but right now the Gucci Mules in black are on the top of my list! They seem so perfect for the fall and a piece that will always be in style. But then again, this Epi Leahter Neverfull is also on my list.  

I have almost used up all of my Yarok Natural Shampoo and am wondering if I should repurchase the same shampoo or try out something new? R+Co hair products have been on my mind for a while now,  so maybe I give it a try. I have their dry shampoo and really like it. I would love to know, do you have a favorite shampoo and conditioner? 

The past few weeks have led to a lot of exciting changes in my apartment! I got a new beautiful rug from Dash and Albert for my living room and my sofa finally arrived. Now that I have found all the bigger pieces for my apartment, I have moved my attention to accessories, such as pillows, side tables and mirrors. My mom suggested this beautiful bamboo mirror from Serena & Lily for my entry area/hallway. So maybe I will get that one. I am also looking for some beautiful patterned throw pillows for my sofa..which has been harder than I expected. The Amber Interiors Shoppe has some wonderful options, so I might start there.
