Schoolhouse at Home

I spotted this beautiful home in the New York Times last week and felt I had to share it over here on the blog.  The Faherty family home in Portland, Oregon reflects the simple and modern ascetic of their owners. Brian Faherty is the owner of the modern home decor brand Schoolhouse Electric Co. I love the white wooden walls that run throughout the home and the refined yet colorful decor.

If you have never been over on the Schoolhouse site I suggest you check it out, I consider it to be quite similar to West Elm. How great is this brass chandelier or this utility stool?  I am eyeing this banner for my dorm room at college and these fun pencils.
