I hope you all had a wonderful holiday weekend! I was up in Maine for the weekend with my family and had the best time. I will share some photos and a bit of a recap later this week, but for now I had to pop in and tell you about my latest obsession, Le Specs sunglasses! 

I am of the opinion that sunglasses can be one of the hardest things to shop for. Finding the right pair of sunglasses might fall right behind finding the right pair of jeans. It can take endless attempts to find the right fit. Last year I was on the hunt all summer for a new pair of sunglasses, I don't even want to know how many times I went to Barney's to try on different pairs before settling on this Oliver People's pair. Though I still love my Oliver Peoples by the time this summer rolled around I wanted to mix it up a bit. Mirrored sunglasses have been everywhere lately and it seems that Illevesta is the pick to click, but I just wasn't sure I wanted to splurge on another pair of sunglasses. So then I remembered Le Specs! For a quarter of the price I found a great pair, the Hey Macarena style. With mirrored lenses and tortoise frames the sunglasses accomplish everything on my list.
